Our Research Impact

Winchester School of Art is committed to pursuing impactful research, ensuring that academic pursuit in all its different manifestations has genuine value within society. As part of which, the School has long-sustained a number of local and international partnerships with organisations outside of higher education, helping maintain its place within a wide range of networks and dialogues.

REF 2021 reaffirms the University of Southampton's position as one of the UK’s top research universities following publication of the national Research Excellence Framework 2021, assessing the quality and impact of research across a wide range of disciplines.
